Do not submit patient information
Clear Next Step is designed for business-level revenue-cycle inquiries. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, insurance member information, medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or other protected or sensitive health information.
Information we collect
When you request a business conversation, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, facility type, state, primary business concern, optional business-level notes, consent to contact, and submission time.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether consulting or an introduction may be useful.
- Provide requested business consulting or introduce you to an appropriate independent service provider.
- Operate, protect, measure, and improve the website.
- Prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Introductions and compensation
If you request a conversation, we may share your submitted business contact information with an appropriate independent provider for follow-up. Clear Next Step may offer consulting services or receive compensation if an introduction results in a commercial relationship. You are not required to use a suggested provider. We do not sell patient information and do not request it through this site.
Analytics and service providers
We use hosting, security, and analytics providers, including Google Analytics, which may process technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referral source, IP address, cookies, and request logs. We do not intentionally send form-field content to Google Analytics.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to respond, track business introductions, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may use the educational portions of the site without submitting the contact form. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete business contact information through the communication channel used in our correspondence, subject to lawful retention needs.
